Ensuring good staff stay with us is a priority, and we are very successful at it. Building a relationship with your child’s key person will mean a lot to you, whether you want to discuss teething, behaviour, potty training or just find out how they’re getting on. This is why we place great emphasis on staff continuity.
At Teeny Days we try to maintain the highest level of professionalism and standards when it comes to childcare. For this reason all of our staff have a minimum of Level 3 NVQ in Childcare and we are all certified Paediatric First Aiders.
